Users will be able to monitor their water usage and set alerts to avoid high water bills

As part of the City of Fort Saskatchewan’s program to update water meters, a new system is being introduced to give customers more control over the management of their water accounts. Introducing the new Water Portal! This online tool will provide:

  • Access to daily water usage data,
  • The ability to set custom threshold alerts,
  • An understanding of consumption patterns,
  • Alert settings across multiple accounts...
